Job Summary -
We are looking for a proactive and organized **Production Manager** to support the planning and execution of various events. The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate with vendors, manage on-site production activities, and ensure smooth event execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and executing **Brand Activation** campaigns.
* Coordinate production requirements for **Product Launches**.
* Support the setup and execution of **Trade Shows & Expos**.
* Manage logistics and production for **Award Ceremonies**.
* Assist in organizing **Fashion Shows** and backstage operations.
* Coordinate production activities for **Music Festivals** and live events.
* Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and event partners.
* Ensure timely setup, dismantling, and smooth on-ground execution.
* Monitor production quality, timelines, and budgets.
* Resolve on-site issues efficiently to ensure successful event delivery.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
* 2-5 years of experience in event production or event operations.
* Strong organizational and coordination skills.
* Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Willingness to travel and work on weekends or during event schedules when required.

* Knowledge of event production processes and logistics.
