Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Analyse business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
Design, review, and execute test scenarios and test cases for Duck Creek Claims.
Validate end-to-end Claims business processes, including First Notice of Loss (FNOL), exposure, reserve, payments, recoveries, and claim closure.
Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, UAT, and End-to-End Testing.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Business Users.
Create and maintain test plans, test strategies, and test execution reports.
Log, track, and manage defects through resolution.
Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives.
Support production releases and post-deployment validation.
Mentor junior QA resources and drive QA best practices.
Skillset:
Duck Creek Claims experience
P&C Claims domain knowledge
QA Lead/Senior QA experience
ADO and Agile experience
SQL and integration testing
8–12 years QA experience
Experience with Payments, Recoveries, Reserves, and Claim Closure
Hands-on ADO and Agile experience
Ability to lead testing and coordinate with business/development teams.
Add on Skills
Duck Creek Policy and Billing exposure.
Automation knowledge using Selenium or Playwright.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Data Validation and SQL Querying.
