About PANHA
PANHA is building a mental health and emotional support platform that connects people with trained peer supporters (Buddies) and mental health professionals.
We are looking for a Full Stack App Developer Intern who is willing to learn, take responsibility, work on a live product, and solve real technical problems.
This is a hands-on opportunity to work across mobile app development, backend, real-time communication, payments, and product improvement.
You don't need to know everything from day one. What matters most is your willingness to learn, ability to solve problems, and ownership mindset.

What You'll Work On
Maintain and improve the app's performance, stability, reliability, and UX.
Improve chat, audio/video calling, and real-time notifications between users, Buddies, and therapists.
Help identify and fix issues in payment flows, wallet, transactions, and related UI/UX.
Debug and resolve production bugs with guidance from the team.
Build and improve features based on real user feedback and product requirements.
Contribute to improving the community experience and UX.
Help optimize API performance, notifications, real-time communication, and app responsiveness.
Contribute to making PANHA reliable and scalable for a growing user base.
Work with the team to take features from development → testing → deployment.

You have built a React Native / Android / web project yourself.
You have a GitHub profile or personal projects to show.

You want to understand how a startup product works beyond just writing code.
You are willing to take ownership of a feature and see it through to production.
