Role Summary
We are seeking a Technical Head of Department with strong expertise in electronics, microcontrollers, sensors, and programming to lead curriculum development, teacher training, and quality implementation of robotics programs across partner schools.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and design curriculum for robotics kits covering drones, AR/VR, 3D printing, electronics, and programming.
Apply strong knowledge of electronics, sensors, and microcontrollers in academic program design.
Conduct quality checks and academic audits in schools to ensure proper implementation.
Train and mentor teachers on the developed curriculum and technology usage.
Lead and manage robotics exhibitions, competitions, and demonstrations in schools.
Support continuous innovation and improvement in technical learning programs.
Be open to travel for school visits, training, and events.
Maintain excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Background in Electronics, Robotics, or related technical field.
Experience in teaching, training, or academic program delivery preferred.
Strong understanding of programming languages and embedded systems.
Confident, proactive, and capable of leading technical education initiatives.
