Hiring for Workday Lead – Technical/Developer
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: India

Hands-on Workday technical development experience
Workday Compensation / Core Compensation
Workday Integrations
Reports & EIBs
Workday Studio
Technical configuration, testing & deployment
Data conversion and troubleshooting
Root Cause Analysis
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical design, configuration, testing and deployment of Workday Compensation solutions
Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
Manage data conversion and ensure data integrity
Troubleshoot functional and technical issues
Collaborate with HCM, Integration and technical teams
Provide post-production support
Requirements:
5+ years of Workday implementation experience
Minimum 2 full lifecycle Workday implementations
Workday Core/Advanced Compensation certification preferred
Strong knowledge of Compensation, Business Processes, Reporting and Integrations
