🚨 WE’RE HIRING | HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE
Petal Leisure Inc. is expanding our team, and we’re looking for a Human Resources Executive to join us!
📍 Location: Rohini, New Delhi
🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office
🌙 Shift: Night Shift | U.S. Business Hours
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years preferred
📅 Employment: Full-Time
⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Managing end-to-end recruitment & hiring
• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Employee onboarding & documentation
• Managing attendance, leaves & employee records
• Handling employee queries and HR-related concerns
• Supporting employee engagement & workplace culture
• Assisting with performance management
• Coordinating with management on HR operations
• Maintaining HR reports and documentation
We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Good command of English
✅ Hands-on HR & recruitment experience
✅ Organized, proactive & people-oriented
✅ Comfortable working night shifts
✅ Ability to manage multiple HR tasks independently
