We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive / Lead Generation Specialist – IT Services

About the Role
JASIQ Labs is looking for a result-oriented Business Development professional who can generate genuine IT/software development leads and help build a consistent sales pipeline.
The candidate should be capable of identifying potential clients and generating business opportunities through any effective platform, marketplace, network, or outreach channel. The approach and platforms are flexible — what matters is the ability to consistently generate quality leads and actual business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate qualified leads for IT/software development services through suitable platforms and channels
• Identify potential clients, businesses, and decision-makers who may require software development services
• Explore and use different lead-generation channels based on the target market and business requirements
• Research prospects and identify relevant software development opportunities
• Initiate conversations with potential clients and follow up consistently
• Manage the complete lead-generation and follow-up process
• Qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, and potential
• Coordinate with the technical team for proposals, estimates, demos, and client discussions
• Maintain proper lead and follow-up tracking
• Work toward monthly lead-generation, qualified-opportunity, and revenue targets
• Explore new platforms, markets, and strategies to acquire Indian and international clients
What We’re Looking For
• Proven ability to generate IT/software development leads
• Ability to find clients through any effective platform or channel, rather than relying on a single platform
• Experience with platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, freelance marketplaces, cold email, social media, referrals, direct outreach, or other relevant channels is a plus
• Understanding of IT/software development services
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into genuine business opportunities
• Strong follow-up, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and comfortable working with measurable targets
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience generating leads from the US, UK, UAE, Europe, India, or other international markets is a plus
