Kronos / UKG Developer

We are looking for an experienced Kronos / UKG Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in workforce management solutions. The candidate will be responsible for Kronos/UKG configuration, development, integrations, troubleshooting, testing, and production support.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience with UKG Workforce Central / UKG Pro WFM, integration development, APIs, data interfaces, SQL, and production issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, customize, and maintain Kronos/UKG Workforce Management solutions.
Work extensively with UKG Workforce Central / UKG Pro WFM modules and configurations.
Design, develop, and maintain Kronos/UKG integrations with internal and external systems.
Develop and support inbound and outbound interfaces, data mappings, and file-based integrations.
Work with REST and SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, SFTP, and flat-file interfaces.
Develop and maintain integration workflows and ensure accurate data exchange between systems.
Analyze and troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and production incidents.
Perform root-cause analysis and implement appropriate fixes for recurring issues.
Write and execute SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and reconciliation.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, data validation, and deployment activities.
Support production releases, deployments, and post-production validation.
Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for configurations, interfaces, integrations, and support processes.
Participate in on-call or extended support activities as required.
Mandatory Skills
8+ years of hands-on experience in Kronos / UKG development and workforce management solutions.
Strong experience with Kronos / UKG Workforce Central / UKG Pro WFM.
Strong hands-on experience in Kronos/UKG integrations and APIs.
Experience with REST and SOAP Web Services.
Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, Flat Files, and SFTP.
Good hands-on experience with SQL.
Strong experience in production support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
Experience developing and supporting inbound/outbound interfaces and data mappings.
Strong understanding of integration concepts, data flows, and system-to-system interfaces.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with UKG/Kronos integration tools and frameworks.
Knowledge of workforce management processes such as Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Workforce Management, and Employee Data.
Experience working in enterprise-level environments with multiple system integrations.
Familiarity with deployment, release management, and production support processes.
Experience in identifying integration performance issues and optimizing interfaces.
