As Snabbit enters its next phase of growth, our Finance team is scaling rapidly. We’re hiring experienced Finance leaders across the board to strengthen decision-making, improve financial performance and build the capabilities required for scale.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for Finance leaders who can combine strong financial judgement with a deep understanding of the business.
You will work closely with founders and functional leaders to translate business priorities into financial outcomes, identify opportunities and risks, and bring rigour to the decisions that shape Snabbit’s growth.
What You’ll Own
Drive financial performance across key areas of the business.
Translate company priorities into clear financial plans and measurable outcomes.
Provide leadership with timely insights, recommendations and decision support.
Evaluate growth opportunities, investments and business trade-offs.
Build a deeper understanding of the drivers behind revenue, costs, margins and cash.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
Build scalable financial frameworks, models and review mechanisms.
Create greater visibility and accountability around business performance.
Hire, develop and lead high-performing teams.
Help shape the overall Finance organisation as Snabbit scales.
What We’re Looking For
10–15 years of progressive Finance experience.
Experience owning high-impact finance mandates in complex or rapidly growing businesses.
Strong commercial judgement and the ability to connect financial outcomes with business drivers.
Ability to move comfortably between strategy, analysis and hands-on execution.
Experience partnering with founders, senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
A track record of building teams, processes and capabilities from the ground up.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
High ownership, attention to detail and bias for action.
Experience in consumer, marketplace, technology or other high-growth businesses is preferred.
A professional Finance qualification or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
