Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
* Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, sales, and revenue.
* Monitor team and location-wise performance against targets.
* Maintain accurate databases and dashboards.
* Analyse data and provide insights to management.
* Coordinate with Sales, Design, Operations, and Finance teams.
* Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
Required Skills:
* Advanced Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas & dashboards.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Good communication and attention to detail.
* CRM/ERP knowledge preferred.
Experience:
* Graduate with 2–4 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis.
* Interior/modular kitchen/furniture industry experience preferred.
