About the Role:
We are looking for an exceptional, high-performing professional with a strong 'get things done' mindset to join TrueFan AI on an exciting growth journey. This is a high-impact role where you will work directly with the Founder on solving core business challenges, driving strategic initiatives, and executing projects across functions. Whether called Founder's Office, Chief of Staff, or CEO's Office, this role is ideal for someone who wants to build, learn, and lead.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with the Founder on strategic and operational initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end execution of high-priority business projects.
• Analyze business problems and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Create presentations, business reports, and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
• Identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions.
• Support planning, decision-making, and business reviews.
