Job Summary
We are looking for Senior Full-Stack Engineers with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and AI/LLM application development. The ideal candidates should be capable of working independently, making sound technical decisions, and contributing with minimal ramp-up.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
Strong experience in Salesforce development, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and backend development.
Strong programming experience in Python.
Experience in LLM application development and integrating AI capabilities into applications.
Hands-on experience building AI agents and agentic architectures.
Design, develop, integrate, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
Work on Salesforce integrations with external systems and services.
Develop robust backend services and APIs using appropriate technologies.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Make independent technical decisions and contribute to architecture and solution design.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
Required Experience
5+ years of overall software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce, Apex, and LWC.
Strong experience with Python, APIs, integrations, and backend development.
Practical experience with LLMs, AI applications, AI agents, and agentic architectures.
Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up time.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
