We are looking for an experienced HR professional to drive HR process transformation, digitalization and technology-led employee experiences.
📍 Location: Delhi NCR
💼 Experience: 4–9 Years
🎓 Qualification: Full-time MBA
Key Responsibilities:
Design and improve HR processes and employee/user journeys.
Drive process re-engineering, digitization and automation initiatives.
Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, IT, Engineering teams and vendors.
Manage transformation projects end-to-end, including design, testing, UAT, deployment and implementation.
Define business requirements, process flows, product specifications and success metrics.
Drive change management, user adoption and process compliance.
Track adoption, productivity improvements and user feedback to continuously enhance HR processes.
Develop training and enablement programs for successful implementation.
