Role Description
The Technical Lead role at tecHindustan is a full-time, on-site position based in Mohpa. The Technical Lead will oversee end-to-end technical delivery, including solution design, architecture decisions, and implementation for complex web, mobile, and cloud-based projects. This role involves guiding and mentoring engineering teams, conducting code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, and coordinating with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. The Technical Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance, scalability, security, and maintainability, while driving continuous improvement in development processes and tools. The role also includes ownership of technical documentation, risk identification, effort estimation, and active participation in roadmap planning and technical decision-making.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in modern backend and frontend technologies (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, server-side languages, REST/GraphQL APIs) and experience designing scalable architectures.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and application monitoring.
Proven ability to lead engineering teams, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Experience working on complex products such as web and mobile apps, IoT or AI/ML-based systems, E-commerce, Fintech, or energy management solutions.
Strong problem-solving, system design, and debugging skills, with the ability to make sound technical decisions under constraints.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with product, design, and business stakeholders.
Background in software engineering or computer science; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with secure coding practices and performance optimization is highly beneficial.
