Job Summary
360 Realtors is looking for an experienced SEO Executive to improve website visibility, organic traffic, rankings and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle On-Page, Off-Page, Technical and Local SEO
* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search-intent analysis
* Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs and internal linking.
* Plan and execute quality backlink and link-building strategies.
* Monitor and fix technical SEO issues related to crawling, indexing, sitemap, redirects and Core Web Vitals.
* Use tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush and Screaming Frog.
* Work on AEO (Answer Engine Optimization and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)**.
* Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, leads and overall SEO performance.
* Develop SEO strategies for real-estate and location-based searc Requirements
* 2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
* Strong knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO and Local SEO**.
* Experience with SEO tools and analytics.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Real-estate industry experience is an advantage.
