About the Role
To independently support due diligence, AML screening and governance review activities while ensuring service quality, compliance and operational efficiency.Roles and Responsibilities
Assist the development and implementation of quality assurance programs to ensure operations and services are up-to-standard·
Conduct due diligence, AML screening and governance review activities in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.·
Review screening results, supporting documents and operational records to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance.
Support operational activities relating to due diligence, AML screening and governance review activities across assigned functions.
Investigate operational discrepancies and resolve routine issues within established guidelines.
Support audit, compliance and regulatory review requests by providing operational information and documentation.
Provide on-the-job coaching, training and guidance to junior and new staff to ensure consistency in service quality and operational standards.
Facilitate regular knowledge-sharing sessions and team briefings to promote awareness of procedural updates, compliance requirements and best practices.
Handle operational issues promptly and professionally, and communicate progress and outcomes in a proactive manner.
Maintain positive and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives and service excellence.
Minimum Job Requirements：
College graduate .
2–3 years of experience in financial services, audit, compliance, governance, due diligence, AML screening, or related operational functions.
Experience in broker onboarding, registration, contracting, governance administration, or related operations is an advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
