Graphic Designer | Remote

Position: Graphic Designer
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $35 - $105/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality visual assets aligned with provided guidelines and brand standards.
Assess and critique existing graphic materials and provide actionable improvement recommendations.
Create digital illustrations, layouts, and graphics for diverse applications.
Document and communicate creative decisions, methodologies, and design rationales.
Collaborate with project stakeholders through written and verbal communication.
Participate in feedback cycles to refine and optimize graphic outputs.
Maintain organized design files and deliverables for seamless project handoffs.
Requirements
Strong experience in graphic design and visual communication.
Advanced proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing digital, print, or branding projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to provide and incorporate constructive design feedback.
Understanding of design trends, visual storytelling, and user-centered design principles.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables independently in a remote environment.
