This position is for Sarlanagar Cement Works, Sedam, Karnataka
Position Title: SH Technical Services (Digitalization/ Lean)
To lead Lean, Digitalization and Low-Cost Automation Initiatives apart from other Total Employee Involvement Initiatives driving Manufacturing excellence.

Number of Lean Initiatives/Cost saved.

Bringing First Time Right, Standardization and Structure across the Unit horizontally deployable across the business.

Supporting Actions
Digital / Automation Projects
Implement digital governance frameworks ensuring consistency, scalability, and sustainability of digital solutions.
Partnering with different department and helping in execution & completion of digital projects which are going on in Unit.
Ensure Digital / Automation Projects are implemented and regularly reviewed for the business impact.
Regular contributions to strategic planning, development of function-specific digital initiatives, and alignment of these initiatives with overarching digital transformation objectives.
Oversee the development and dissemination of digital training programs, customizing initiatives per team needs and tracking their effectiveness for continuous improvement.

Sustain Unit Level Initiatives
Visual - To improve the visuals in plant & Colonies with phase wise implementation
Achieving the scrap target of the plant through
Mega Cleaning
Execute lean manufacturing
Process Improvement : Skills in identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions
Project Management : Ability to manage projects effectively, ensuring timely and cost-efficient completion
Problem-Solving : Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and address issues
Conceptualization
Defining Objectives : Clearly outline the goals and objectives of the project. This helps in setting a clear direction and purpose
