Human Resources Operations Manager

𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 | 𝐇𝐑 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to take ownership of our people function, strengthen HR processes, and support the organization as we continue to grow.
📍 Location: New Delhi
💼 Experience: 6–9 Years
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle
• Lead HRMS/HRIS implementation, automation and process improvement
• Drive performance management and annual appraisal cycles
• Ensure labour law, statutory and audit compliance
• Coordinate employee insurance, welfare and engagement initiatives
• Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning
• Develop HR policies, processes and SOPs
• Prepare HR dashboards, MIS and leadership reports
• Partner with leadership on people strategy and organizational requirements
