About the role
We are currently looking for an Institutional Development and Training Specialist for our ongoing water infrastructure project
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting client relevant units in implementing the institutional development activities by developing a plan and monitoring progress
Managing and coordinating inputs from other consultancies, individuals and firms, for the project
Developing and helping deliver a training plan for the project
Maintaining liaison with the client to achieve the ultimate goal of the assignment
Taking part in all relevant meetings with concerned stakeholders and feedback the PMU on pertinent issues
M&E, Reporting and presentations.
Any other tasks assigned by client
About You:
He/She should have Master's degree in Human Resources Management /Economics/ Commerce/ relevant subject
He/she should have about 10 years international management experience and sufficient experience and proven experience in organizational development and training
Working Experience in donor funded projects
