What you need:

Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, CI/CD practices, TDD, and writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; Salesforce certifications are a plus.
What you would do:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, flows, and integrations, ensuring adherence to platform constraints.
Drive clean code practices, enforce design standards, and promote TDD to build maintainable and extensible systems.
Contribute to system and feature-level architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability of solutions.
Collaborate with global stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to refine requirements and solve complex business problems.
Manage deployments and releases using CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high-quality and seamless delivery.
Troubleshoot production issues, optimise system performance, and continuously improve platform stability and capabilities.
