Full Cycle Sales Consultant

Nmbrs is looking for a Full Cycle Sales Consultant. This role combines sales and customer success: you'll win new customers and make sure they get off to a great start. As we grow, we want to make every step of the customer journey smarter, and you'll be at the center of that, combining real customer conversations with AI, automation and experimentation.

For this role, you’ll join Nmbrs Payroll in Amsterdam, working closely with the colleagues in your local team while being part of the wider Nmbrs organisation.
Your role
As Full Cycle Sales Consultant, you own the full sales cycle: from generating and qualifying leads to closing deals and making sure new customers get off to a great start. You're part of a product squad, so you don't just sell the product, you help shape it. You test new ways to reach and convert customers, decide where a personal conversation makes the difference and where automation works better, and bring what you hear from customers straight back to the team.
