Aevis Technologies is looking for a ServiceNow specialist with hands-on experience implementing Business Continuity Management (BCM) to help customers strengthen business resilience and recovery readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow BCM implementation, from requirement workshops and solution design through configuration, testing and go-live.
Configure Business Impact Analysis (BIA), risk assessments, business continuity plans and disaster recovery plans.
Define critical business processes, dependencies, recovery priorities, Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO).
Implement plan approval workflows, review cycles, continuity exercises and recovery task tracking.
Integrate BCM with CMDB and relevant enterprise systems to support dependency mapping and reliable data.
Develop dashboards and reports covering plan readiness, assessment progress and exercise outcomes.
Support UAT, documentation, user training and post-go-live stabilisation.
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience delivering at least one end-to-end ServiceNow BCM implementation.
Strong understanding of business continuity, disaster recovery and operational resilience processes.
Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, Flow Designer, business rules, scripting, ACLs and integrations.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and work directly with customer stakeholders.
Exposure to ServiceNow IRM/GRC and knowledge of ISO 22301 would be an advantage.
ServiceNow CSA and relevant implementation certifications preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
