Role & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using Django/Flask and modern front-end frameworks (React/Vue.js).
Collaborate with product and QA teams to translate requirements into modular, testable, and production-ready code.
Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architecture for seamless integration across internal and third-party systems.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure) to ensure rapid, reliable releases.
Monitor application performance, debug production issues, and implement scalable architecture improvements.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices including code reviews, documentation, and architectural governance.
