Role Description
This full-time Full Stack Engineer role is fully remote. The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers, ensuring responsive interfaces and robust server-side logic. Responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing existing code, integrating APIs and databases, and collaborating with product and design teams to deliver user-focused solutions. The role also involves writing clean, testable code, performing code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to architectural decisions that improve performance, reliability, and security. The engineer will participate in agile workflows, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, including experience with server-side frameworks, APIs, and databases.
Candidates should possess strong skills in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), with the ability to create accessible, responsive user interfaces.
Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-Stack Development, demonstrating comfort working across the entire web application stack and integrating front-end and back-end components.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or similar) and familiarity with common frameworks (such as React, Node.js, Django, or comparable technologies).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), basic DevOps practices, and working in collaborative, agile environments.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills, with the capacity to work in cross-functional teams on-site.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in a similar full stack or software engineering role is highly beneficial.
