Job Brief
We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst who can understand business requirements, work closely with stakeholders and technical teams, and translate business needs into clear and actionable solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements.
Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
Create process flows, wireframes, and basic UI mockups based on business requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Prioritize and manage requirements, dependencies, and changes throughout the project.
Support UAT, testing, requirement validation, and defect clarification.
Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to improve business efficiency.
Track risks, issues, and project requirements and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software/product development environment.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and process documentation.
Experience with Wireframing and UI/UX documentation.
Good knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira/Azure DevOps, Figma, Visio, MS Office, and Tableau.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
