Job Title: Civil Engineer – Site/Project Monitoring
Location: Chennai
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: On-site
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and supervise multi-storey building construction activities.
Check construction work as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.
Monitor quality, progress, materials, and workmanship.
Ensure proper execution of RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.
Monitor site safety and compliance with construction standards.
Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
Ensure projects are completed within the planned schedule.
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience in multi-storey building construction and site monitoring.
Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, BOQ, and quality standards.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to independently monitor site activities.
Preferred Experience: 3–8 years in building construction/site supervision.
