🚀 Hiring: Lead Business Architect – Transact (T24)
📍 Location: Chennai
💼 Experience: 13–18 Years
🔹 Role: Lead Business Architect – Temenos Transact (T24)
We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Architect with strong expertise in Temenos Transact (T24) and core banking solution design to lead business architecture, functional solutioning, stakeholder engagement, and delivery governance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead current-state assessments, process workshops, gap analysis, and impact analysis.
Translate complex banking requirements into functional solutions aligned with Temenos Transact (T24) capabilities.
Define solution architecture covering configuration, customization, and integration strategies.
Lead and mentor Business Analysts and Functional Consultants.
Act as the key functional point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Ensure quality of BRDs, FSDs, HLSDs, and other functional deliverables.
Oversee the transition from solution design to development and testing.
Drive governance, delivery standards, process improvements, and best practices.
Collaborate closely with business, product, technology, and delivery teams.
🔹 Required Expertise
13–18 years of experience in core banking implementation / solution architecture.
Strong hands-on expertise in Temenos Transact (T24).
Experience across key T24 modules:
Arrangement Architecture (AA)
Customer
Limits
Securities
TPH / Payments
Trade Finance
Strong understanding of core banking processes and system design.
Expertise in BRD, FSD, and HLSD documentation.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and Jira.
Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, and client stakeholder management.
Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
