Job Responsibilities:
· Define the service operating model and build a scalable organization covering hotline, email and remote support, training, warranty and RMA coordination, field service and partner management.
· Recruit, coach and develop technical-support, training, customer-support and field-service professionals, while creating product specialists and backup capability.
· Establish customer, installer, distributor, EPC and service-partner support channels with clear ownership, escalation and professional communication.
· Develop structured product training, assessment and certification programs with supplier knowledge transfer before product launch.
· Lead warranty, RMA, replacement, repair, service-stock and supplier escalation governance in collaboration with SCM, Quality, Product and Finance.
· Build Pan-India field coverage using internal engineers and qualified regional service partners.
· Coordinate technical sales enablement and Application Engineering support for product selection, customer discussions and complex solutions.
· Convert field information into reliability insights, root-cause actions, service bulletins and product or process improvements.
· Support implementation of CRM, monitoring, commissioning, diagnostic, claim and knowledge-management systems.
· Represent the service function during product launch readiness, supplier reviews and management discussions.
Qualification :
· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Power Electronics, Renewable Energy or a related discipline.
· Approximately 8–12 years of relevant experience, including leadership responsibility in technical service, after-sales support or lifecycle operations.
· Strong experience with solar inverters, power electronics, energy storage systems or comparable electrical products.
· Demonstrated experience building teams, service networks, training programs and customer-support processes.
· Experience working with OEM/ODM suppliers and multi-functional stakeholders is highly preferred.
