Job Summary
Serves as a System Administrator of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Subject Matter Expert for the assigned functional area.
Job Duties
Performs configuration changes to the HRIS for the assigned functional area in accordance with the Change Management process and ensure highest confidentiality of employee personnel data.
Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving cross-functional end-user issues related to the HRIS. Develops and maintains standard operating procedures for day to day support.
Develops end-user training materials & hosts education sessions for the assigned functional area.
Responsible for the review, testing, and implementation of HRIS feature releases for the assigned functional area.
Recommends and implements policies, procedures, and technical solutions to gain process efficiency and improve data integrity for the assigned functional area.
Participates in large-scale projects related to the HRIS; leads small-scale projects related to the assigned functional area.
Work is typically performed in an office environment. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures. This posting reflects an opening for an HRIS Analyst Intermediate role and we are seeking candidates for that position.
