We are looking for a Global Category Buyer to help deliver value through strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll do
As a Global Category Buyer, you will support the delivery of global procurement strategies by:
Managing sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and supplier management activities.
Supporting the development and execution of category strategies.
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Identifying cost-saving, quality, and service improvement opportunities.
Analysing procurement and market data to provide actionable insights.
Monitoring supplier performance and supporting issue resolution.
Contributing to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across Norgine.
Requirements

Skills
Category management and strategic sourcing expertise.
Procurement process knowledge and supplier management capability.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Effective negotiation and influencing skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to prioritise work and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Sound commercial and financial awareness.
Experience
Experience in procurement and category management.
Previous experience in Paper-based Categories is a plus.
Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Exposure to procurement data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Relevant higher education qualification or equivalent professional experience.
