Senior Finance Executive

Scope of work
Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations across group entities (bank, vendor, intercompany, and control accounts).
Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable process including invoice verification, coding, approvals, and vendor payments.
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls as the company scales.
Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including accruals, provision and preparation of management reports.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS/GAAP as relevant) and internal accounting policies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Legal, Payments, Product) to ensure accurate transaction recording, particularly for subscription/SaaS revenue flows.
Support statutory and internal audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor queries.
Assist with Payroll, tax filings (TDS, GST, VAT) and other statutory compliance requirements as applicable.
Requirements
Strong fundamentals in accounting principles.
Working knowledge of intercompany accounting and multi currency transactions.
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, NetSuite, QuickBooks) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Strong ownership, attention to detail, and communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience: B.Com / M.Com / CMA inter / CA Inter with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
Target Profiles
