What You Will Do
Represent the Group at client sites, including government facilities
Assess and onboard nurses and carers before they step onto a client site
Deliver orientations and upskilling on site
Own clinical quality and set the standard others follow
Advise our Home Care Department and give the clinical view on client complaints
Support compliance, from SANC registration to incident follow-up
What You Bring
Professional Nurse with a current, up-to-date SANC registration (annual practising fees paid) and 5+ years of hands-on clinical experience
Frail care, hospital or acute experience
ICU or Theatre experience or training (a strong advantage)
Polished and confident with matrons, facility managers and government officials
A natural trainer who commands credibility
Facilitation or assessment qualification (an advantage)
Computer literate, with a valid driver's licence (essential)
