AI Software Engineer - Intern

Role Description
We are looking for an AI Software Engineer Intern to join our R&D work and work remotely.
You will research and experiment with emerging AI technologies, build prototypes, evaluate different approaches, and help turn successful PoCs into usable software.
This is a hands-on engineering role suited to someone who actively follows developments in AI and enjoys building things.
You may work with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, multimodal models, traditional ML models, APIs, open-source models, and other emerging AI technologies depending on the project.
Qualifications
• Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals
• Good understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Inference Engines
• Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, vector databases , and AI agents
• Comfortable working with APIs and open-source AI tools
• Familiarity with Git, Linux, and Docker
• Ability to research unfamiliar technologies and prototype quickly
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Genuine interest in following new developments in AI
Experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face, FastAPI, fine-tuning, multimodal AI, model deployment, using AI harness or cloud infrastructure is a plus.
You don’t need to know everything. We’re particularly interested in people who can learn quickly, experiment, and turn ideas into working prototypes.
Having personal AI projects, GitHub repositories, Hugging Face work, research experiments, and other things you’ve built are highly valued.
