Senior Specialist – HR Operations (HR Shared Services)HR Shared Services | Global HR Operations TeamAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional to join our HR Shared Services team. This role sits at the core of our employee lifecycle operations, owning day-to-day HR data integrity, system transactions, and reporting within SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate combines strong SuccessFactors hands-on expertise with a shared-services mindset — accuracy, SLA discipline, process standardization, and the ability to work across a high volume of employee data and queries.Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end HR operations transactions in SAP SuccessFactors — new hire data entry, employee master data updates, job/position changes, transfers, promotions, and separations.
Perform system validation and data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of employee records across SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central and connected modules such as Onboarding/Offboarding, Performance, or Compensation, as applicable).
Manage bulk data uploads/updates and mass changes using SuccessFactors tools (e.g., Import/Export, MDF object management), ensuring data integrity checks are completed before and after upload.
Generate, maintain, and audit standard and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards from SuccessFactors (headcount, attrition, org changes, data audits) for stakeholders and leadership.
Investigate and resolve system and data discrepancies; partner with the HRIS/HR Technology team to escalate and track configuration or integration issues.
Respond to and resolve employee and HR partner queries related to HR data, records, and system access within defined SLAs, using a ticketing/query management tool.
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and work instructions for HR operations processes; support standardization across entities/geographies.
Support periodic audits and compliance checks (data privacy, statutory, and internal controls) related to employee records and HR transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams — Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and IT/HRIS — to ensure seamless upstream and downstream data flow.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and rollout activities during SuccessFactors enhancements, releases, or migration projects.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR operations workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills & Experience
8–10 years of overall experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services, with a significant portion in a high-volume, multi-entity or global environment.
Strong, hands-on working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is critical — including Employee Central; exposure to Onboarding/Offboarding, Performance & Goals, or Compensation modules is a plus.
Proven experience in HR data entry, system validation, mass data uploads, and data reconciliation.
Solid understanding of the employee lifecycle (hire to retire) and related HR processes and controls.
Strong reporting skills — ability to build and interpret HR reports/dashboards; advanced MS Excel skills required (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation; Power Query/Power BI a plus).
Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of data accuracy and confidentiality.
Ability to work within SLA-driven, process-oriented shared services environment; experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Freshservice) preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience supporting global or cross-geography stakeholders.
Experience contributing to or supporting an HRIS/SuccessFactors implementation or migration project is a strong plus.Preferred / Good to Have
SuccessFactors certification (Employee Central or related module).
Exposure to other HRIS/HCM platforms (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, Workday) in addition to SuccessFactors.
Experience working with SOP development and process standardization in a shared services setup.
Basic familiarity with data privacy/compliance requirements relevant to HR data (e.g., GDPR or regional equivalents).EducationGraduate/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA (HR) is an advantage. What We Offer
The opportunity to work on large-scale HR technology and process transformation initiatives.
A collaborative, fast-paced shared services environment with exposure to global HR operations.
