Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with 5 years of recruitment experience in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions and delivering high-quality talent to clients within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Screen and assess candidate profiles based on client requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate technical suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiate salary packages and manage offer processes.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates to clients.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms.
Knowledge of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Testing, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, and Infrastructure.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
