Studio Assistant

Consol is a growing national tanning brand with 58 studios nationwide (and counting!), leading the field in safe and responsible tanning. We want you to be part of our future!
An exciting opportunity is available at our Weymouth studio for a Studio Assistant, working an average of 8.5 hours per week. This is a permanent position with contracted shifts as shown in the four-week rota below. Additional hours may be required to cover staff holidays and sickness.
Working Rota
Week 1:
Thursday: 4pm–9pm
Saturday: 2pm–6pm
Week 2:
Thursday: 4pm–9pm
Saturday: 2pm–6pm
Week 3:
Sunday: 10am–6pm
Week 4:
Sunday: 10am–6pm
As a Studio Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of the studio by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and assisting with sales and stock replenishment. You’ll work closely with the Studio Manager and team to ensure the studio is welcoming, safe and operating smoothly at all times.
What we are looking for
Essential:
Previous customer-facing experience
English GCSE or an equivalent qualification, or demonstrable communication skills
Experience working towards a goal or target through previous roles or education
Ability to attend mandatory training
Good time management skills
Motivation to succeed and take on new challenges
Desirable:
Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
Experience or interest in the health and beauty industry
Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
