We are looking for an experienced SAP Integration Technical Architect to define and govern the integration architecture across a complex SAP and enterprise application landscape for our pharmaceutical client. You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and reliable integrations between SAP S/4HANA, SAP cloud solutions, legacy SAP systems, and non-SAP applications, while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain the SAP integration architecture, strategy, and technical standards.
Design end-to-end integrations across SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP cloud solutions, and third-party systems.
Lead architecture and technical design using SAP Integration Suite / CPI, SAP PI/PO, APIs, IDocs, OData, SOAP, REST, and RFC/BAPI.
Define appropriate integration patterns and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
Review technical designs and provide guidance to integration developers, consultants, and vendors.
Support integration between SAP and enterprise platforms such as MES, LIMS, WMS, CRM, and cloud applications.
Work closely with SAP functional teams, Solution Architects, Security, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
Support modernization initiatives, including migration from SAP PI/PO to SAP Integration Suite / SAP BTP.
Ensure appropriate integration monitoring, error handling, security, and performance standards.
Support SAP transformation, migration, and global rollout programs.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as SAP Integration Architect, Technical Architect, or SAP Integration Consultant.
Extensive experience with SAP Integration Suite / SAP CPI.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC integrations.
Experience with SAP PI/PO and SAP BTP integration capabilities.
Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, OData, IDocs, RFC/BAPI, SFTP, XML, and JSON.
Strong understanding of API management, integration patterns, and integration security.
Experience integrating SAP with both SAP and non-SAP enterprise systems.
Experience within regulated pharmaceutical environments (GxP).
Experience working on large SAP transformation, implementation, or rollout programs.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluent English is required.
