About Kerv Connect Cloud (Part of Kerv Group)
You’ll be part of the Network Support & Engineering team in Kerv Connected Cloud.
The Connected Cloud team brings together deep expertise in cloud, networking and managed services to help organisations modernise and run their infrastructure with confidence. From data centres to branch networks and cloud platforms, we design secure, automated environments that are built to scale. It’s all about creating resilient foundations that keep businesses connected, supported and ready for what’s next.
Role & responsibilities:
You’ll be working nights to facilitate the delivery of out of hours planned work and to cover P1 and P2 incidents that occur.
Work closely with solution architects, functional consultants & clients to understand business processes, requirements, and key objectives.
Provide advanced support for network and security incidents & service requests
Lead implementation of change requests and project tasks
The role will include maintenance, software upgrades, hardware replacements. It will also involve resolving emergency P1/P2 incidents that may occur
Troubleshoot complex networking/security issues across customer environments
Manage ISP circuits and liaise with providers as needed
Who we are looking for:
Required Experience & skills:
4–5 years’ experience in a network & security support role
Experience working within ITIL-aligned support processes and managing incidents, requests, and changes through ServiceNow.
