About the Opportunity
Future Interns is looking for a Prompt Engineering Intern to assist with assigned generative-AI projects during the October 2026 internship cycle.
The role focuses on creating and evaluating structured prompts, reviewing AI-generated outputs, documenting results, and supporting AI-assisted workflows. It is intended for candidates who have strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in emerging AI technologies.
Responsibilities
Create prompts for defined AI use cases.
Test alternative prompt structures and compare outputs.
Evaluate responses against defined criteria such as relevance, clarity, consistency, and completeness.
Identify recurring issues in generated responses.
Refine prompts based on documented evaluation results.
Develop reusable prompt templates for assigned workflows.
Maintain organized records of prompt versions and test results.
Assist with AI-assisted content or automation workflows where applicable.
Document observations and potential workflow improvements.
Research relevant developments in generative AI and language-model applications.
Required Qualifications
Strong written communication skills.
