📌 ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for motivated university students who are searching for a compulsory internship and want to gain practical experience while working with a growing company.
At Exzellent, interns can get involved in different areas of the business depending on their skills and interests. You may work on real projects, take responsibility for tasks and contribute ideas to the team.
We’re looking for people who are willing to learn, take initiative and are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
📌 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
▪️ Currently studying at a university or higher-education institution
▪️ Looking for a compulsory/mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum)
▪️ Reliable, motivated and responsible
▪️ Good communication and interpersonal skills
▪️ Interested in marketing, social media or business development
▪️ Comfortable working independently and within a team
▪️ Good organizational and problem-solving skills
▪️ Willing to learn new tools and take on different responsibilities
▪️ Interested in entrepreneurship, teamwork and leadership
Knowledge of an additional language is a plus. German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and other languages can be useful depending on the role and the markets we work with.

If you have strong knowledge of a language, academic subject, professional skill or practical field, you may also have the opportunity to support or teach courses through the Exzellent platform.

Depending on your skills, availability and performance, there may also be opportunities to work on separate freelance projects alongside your studies.

📌 WHAT TO EXPECT
• Compensation: Unpaid mandatory internship with performance-based stipend and bonus opportunities.
The first month will focus on getting familiar with Exzellent, understanding how the team works and completing initial assignments. After the probation period, additional performance-based opportunities may be available (stipends, bonuses, referral perks, longer-term roles).
