Salesforce Product Manager – Health Cloud

Position: Senior Salesforce Product Manager (Remote, EST only; Contract-to-Hire)
Lead Product Vision & Strategy: Define, communicate, and drive the product vision, mission, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce-based healthcare insurance claims solutions.
End-to-End Product Ownership: Manage the entire product lifecycle from inception (step 1) through implementation, especially for new projects built from scratch.
Claims Domain Expertise: Support and understand commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare healthcare insurance claims workflows and processes.
Salesforce Expertise: Oversee Salesforce product initiatives, with a strong preference for Health Cloud experience. Must possess a valid Salesforce Admin or Salesforce BA certification.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define objectives, and establish OKRs.
Product Discovery & Requirements: Conduct product discovery (stakeholder interviews, research, current-state analysis), gather/document business requirements, and design future-state processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Business, Architecture, Engineering, UX, and Agile Delivery teams.
Solution Design: Lead solution evaluation, estimation, and process improvement to maximize business value.
Roadmap & Release Planning: Drive prioritization, roadmap planning, and coordinate release strategies for successful business adoption.
Performance Measurement: Establish feedback loops, track product performance and outcomes, and adjust strategy accordingly.
Documentation & Handover: Create and maintain process flows, diagrams, documentation, and ensure smooth hand-off to Product Owner and IT teams.
Primary Product Advocate: Act as liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment and advocating for the product.
Qualifications:
8+ years in product management, product strategy, or business analysis roles
Proven experience building products from scratch
Salesforce Admin or BA certification required
Healthcare insurance claims domain expertise required
Health Cloud experience is a major plus
Must reside in EST time zone
Must take ROPES assessment
