Data Analyst

We're working with a leading technology solutions provider supporting large federal and DoD-aligned IT missions.
The Role
Transform operational, monitoring, and performance data into actionable insights.
Produce executive-level visualizations, summaries, analytical narratives, heatmaps, and trend analyses.
Develop robust analytical models and evaluate service performance.
Identify operational trends and produce clear, consumable reporting to enhance situational awareness.
Integrate data from multiple systems including monitoring tools, ticketing systems, incident logs, and operational platforms.
Support the evolution of enterprise data visualization and analytics maturity.
What You'll Need
Minimum 10 years of experience in data visualization, analytics, data science, or performance reporting.
Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Grafana.
Strong understanding of KPI modeling, trend analysis, and data transformation.
Experience translating complex datasets into interpretable visual and written insights.
Ability to structure analytical findings into clear written narratives and presentations.
Active Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Visualization, or a related field.
