US IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 3–6 years of experience and strong expertise in W2 recruitment and H1B candidate screening.
Key Requirements
Strong understanding of H1B visa and transfer basics, including I-140, I-797, I-94, visa stamping, and H1B grace period.
Hands-on experience recruiting for IT roles such as Java, .NET, AWS, Azure, Data Analysis, and other technical positions.
Experience sourcing through JobDiva and integrated job portals; candidates relying primarily on LinkedIn Recruiter will not be a good fit.
Strong experience primarily handling W2 requirements. Some C2C experience is acceptable, but W2 should be the primary tax term.
Candidates who primarily work on C2C and depend on vendors for candidate submissions will not be considered.
Strong sourcing, screening, candidate qualification, and communication skills.
