Role: Oracle Service Cloud Redwood Consultant
Experience: 5+ Years
Skill: Oracle Service Cloud / Fusion Service + Redwood
Role Type: Functional / Techno-Functional
Key Requirement: End-to-End Implementation Experience
Key Responsibilities
Hands-on experience in Oracle Service Cloud / Oracle Fusion Service implementations.
Strong experience with Oracle Redwood UX and Redwood-based Service applications.
Configure and implement service processes including service requests, queues, assignments, categories and workflows.
Work with business stakeholders for requirement gathering, solution design and configuration.
Experience with Redwood UI adoption, configuration and extensibility.
Participate across the implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, configuration, SIT, UAT, cutover and go-live.
Troubleshoot functional/configuration issues and support business users during implementation.
