AI Automation Platform Engineer

Senior-level, hands-on experience in building automation or AI/agent systems end-to-end — able to operate with high autonomy on greenfield build, writing/shipping code personally rather than delegate
Strong cloud engineering experience; AWS experience preferred, given Experity's existing AWS footprint, but not exclusionary — general cloud/LLM-architecture depth matters
Hands-on experience with LLM/agentic architecture patterns (orchestration, tool-use/function-calling, RAG where relevant) framework-agnostic; production experience is what matters, not any one specific stack.
Understand the difference between an AI product/tool, an LLM, and the underlying model
Know how to select the appropriate model for a task based on capability, latency, and cost
Understand the tradeoffs between models—for example, when to use Opus vs. Sonnet vs. Haiku, or comparable models from OpenAI and other providers
Be comfortable using AI for code generation, debugging, refactoring, codebase exploration, testing, and documentation
Know how to provide good context/prompts, validate AI-generated code, and recognize when not to rely on AI
