Role Description The Managing Partner will lead and grow the Agency Partner channel in Davangere, overseeing recruitment, development, and performance of insurance advisors and agency managers. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves setting sales targets, monitoring key metrics, and driving business growth through effective team management and market development. The role includes planning and executing local business strategies, coaching and mentoring team members, conducting regular performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The Managing Partner will collaborate with regional leadership, support training initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to enhance brand presence and service quality.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in sales or business development, preferably in insurance or financial services, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proven people management skills, including team leadership, recruitment, performance coaching, and capability building.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to work effectively with advisors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Sound understanding of basic financial concepts, insurance products, and market dynamics, with the ability to translate them into actionable strategies.
Ability to work on-site in Davangere, manage field activities, and adapt to local market conditions while maintaining high ethical standards.
