Qualification-Graduates
Experience - Freshers/ Experienced
Salary- Up to 15k for freshers / up to 20k for experienced + incentives ( salary would be based on your interview also)
Work Mode - Work From Home ( Timings 10-7)
Roles & Responsibilities
Understand students’/parents’ requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Explain courses/test series and their benefits.
Handle queries, objections and negotiations.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Nurture leads and convert them into enrollments.
Provide student-focused academic counselling
ELIGIBILITY
Any Graduate
Fresher / Experienced
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent and professional in Hindi & English
Good sales, counselling, objection-handling and negotiation skills.
Empathetic and able to understand student needs.
Comfortable with follow-ups and lead nurturing.
