Our unique platform diagnoses the patient’s hair & health history, to identify the root cause behind hair fall and delivers customized hair kits to them right at their doorstep. We have a strong adherence system in place via medically-trained hair coaches and proprietary tech, where we guide the customer across their hair growth journey, and help them stay on track.
Role Overview
The Senior Brand Executive will support the execution of brand strategy, positioning, and integrated marketing initiatives for Traya across key markets. This role demands a strong understanding of consumer behavior and brand fundamentals to help build and protect Traya’s brand equity. Working closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners, you will assist in driving growth by executing campaign roadmaps, analyzing consumer insights, and optimizing full-funnel performance.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Communication Execution: Assist in executing brand strategies across product propositions, go-to-market (GTM) launches, and marketing communications to build brand equity.
Consumer Insights & Analytics: Serve as a core contributor to consumer insight gathering, converting data and feedback into actionable inputs for product messaging and creative briefs.
Campaign & Agency Management: Coordinate end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns—from brief creation to execution—working directly with external creative and media agencies.
Experimentation & Innovation: Support test-and-learn initiatives across channels, messaging formats, and creative concepts through routine testing, data analysis, and iterative improvement.
Full-Funnel Optimization: Track performance across the conversion funnel (acquisition to retention) to identify drop-off points, improve campaign conversion rates, and support LTV expansion.
Reporting & Dashboards: Maintain cross-channel performance dashboards, cohort reports, and campaign analytics to track progress against KPIs and report risks early.
Required Experience & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in consumer-facing brand marketing, preferably within a FMCG, D2C, startup, or high-growth environment.
Proven hands-on experience in assisting with GTM campaigns, brand positioning, and creative brief development.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking funnel metrics, consumer data, and campaign performance.
Solid grasp of digital marketing channels, content formats, and media execution basics.
Excellent cross-functional coordination, project management, and communication skills.
