CVS Health is seeking a strategic and collaborative leader to serve as Senior Manager, Field Strategy & Support within Asset Protection. This role leads a team focused on enabling the field Asset Protection organization with the tools, programs, insights, and cross-functional partnerships needed to identify opportunities, design solutions, strengthen execution, and drive results across the business.
This role serves as the bridge between CSC teams and the Asset Protection field team, translating tools and solutions into practical, field-ready support that drives adoption, execution, and measurable shrink reduction. The role also plays a critical part in identifying shrink trends, shaping mitigation strategies among front store and pharmacy, and partnering across functions to reduce risk while supporting operational priorities.
Success in this role requires enterprise thinking, cross-functional influence, strong program leadership, and the ability to translate field needs and business trends into scalable solutions that improve effectiveness and efficiency, as well as impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Field Strategy and Support team in delivering tools, resources, and support that enable the field Asset Protection team to operate effectively and efficiently
Own the myAP Health Program, including platform oversight, feedback collection, program enhancements, innovation, engagement strategy, and success measurement
Manage the Asset Protection Store Visit Tool, the primary field-facing tool for the AP organization, and drive its continued evolution by integrating resources and solutions from across teams to create a more streamlined and effective experience for field users
Monitor shrink trends and identify strategies and tactics to mitigate loss across front store and pharmacy
Define the strategic approach that guides how District Asset Protection Leaders prioritize their time, focus support on the highest-need stores, and drive the greatest field impact
Drive the Operational Excellence program, establishing the measures that identify operational risk and inform store-level recognition and accountability
Lead the Priority Store Program, identifying where the greatest risk and opportunity exist, and providing District AP Leaders with a structured approach to support stores, strengthen execution, and improve outcomes
Define and track program success metrics, business impact, and field execution outcomes
Partner with field operations, store operations, pharmacy operations, and supply chain to understand upcoming initiatives, identify potential risk, and drive integration opportunities
Collaborate closely with internal Asset Protection teams, including AP Analytics, AP Applications, and AP Investigations, to design and support solutions for the field AP organization
Translate business needs and field insights into scalable programs, actionable tools, and continuous improvement opportunities
Drive follow-through and accountability around field execution, impact measurement, and program adoption
Shape the communication strategy that connects priorities across the Asset Protection organization, ensuring consistent department-wide messaging and enabling cross-functional alignment in support of business objectives and field execution
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Asset Protection, operations, program management, or a related field
Experience leading cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment
Strong ability to analyze business trends, identify risk, and translate findings into practical, scalable action
Experience building partnerships across multiple business functions to influence outcomes and drive alignment
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills
Experience leading teams and developing talent
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting field-based operations at scale
Knowledge of shrink trends, asset protection strategy, and operational risk mitigation

Pay Range
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
